QUALITY POLICY

The company KATEE S.A. is one of the largest manufacturing units of security shutters in Northern Greece, possessing advanced facilities in the Thessaloniki Industrial Area, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.

It provides its customers with high-quality, value-added products and services that fully comply with their stated requirements, with the specifications set by the company itself, as well as with regulatory and legal requirements.

The company’s vision for the future is to maintain the high level of products and services provided, resulting in the full support of the customers with whom it cooperates, increased sales, and improved speed of customer service.

To achieve the above, the Company’s Management:

• Has adopted a Quality Management System in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, which it applies throughout the company and to all activities that impact the quality of its products and services, as well as for customer satisfaction.
• Continuously reviews and improves, where possible, the characteristics of its products and services, as well as the effectiveness of its processes and, by extension, the entire Quality Management System (QMS).
• Sets measurable quality objectives at corporate and operational level. These objectives are established and evaluated for their degree of achievement within the framework of the QMS Review by the company’s Top Management.
• Identifies the interested parties affected by its activity and recognizes their needs and expectations.
• Identifies and evaluates the risks associated with its operation, identifies potential situations that may impede the achievement of its objectives, and takes management measures.
• Provides the necessary resources for the smooth, efficient and effective operation of each department of the company.
• Invests in the continuous training, information and education of its personnel so that they produce Quality in every activity they perform.
• Monitors, measures and evaluates critical parameters and processes to ensure Quality.
