Photocells for obstacle detection during movement and for safety in operation. The photocell pair consists of a transmitter and a receiver, which are connected to the control board. As they detect any object present between the light beam of the transmitter and receiver, they prevent the door from closing when an obstruction is present. They can be easily installed retrospectively. They operate on 24V DC or with a 9V battery.
