Ovitor Side-Mount Garage Door Mechanism

For automating sectional industrial garage doors, we use a side-mount mechanism designed for sectional doors weighing up to over 500 kg and up to 6 meters in height.

The mechanisms are operated via push buttons from inside the building or with a remote control. Choosing the right mechanism depends on the dimensions and weight of the door, as well as its usage and type.

They are available in two versions: single-phase and three-phase with a quick-release clutch. Featuring six limit switches as standard, they enable superior automation and specialized control, automatic closing, limit switch adjustment, and the addition of photocells.

A lightweight mechanism, only 100 mm wide, allowing it to be mounted directly onto a 1-inch industrial door shaft.

High starting torque ensures sufficient lifting power for opening sealed and heavy doors.

Service life of half a million operating cycles based on 30 openings per hour for three-phase motors, representing the best performance on the market.
