Loading Systems (leveler)

Loading ramps are used for the easy and fast loading of goods. Electro-hydraulic ramps are available as well as telescopic electro-hydraulic ramps for tunnel applications where the ramp is installed internally.

Loading ramps connect the loading platform to the truck bed, compensating for any level differences. This allows forklifts or trolleys to enter the vehicle.

Features and benefits

• Excellent quality of construction materials, ensured by the laser cutting and fusion welding process of pressed components, in compliance with European Union guidelines.
• Easy to operate thanks to its oil-dynamic mechanism controlled by a simple-function control panel (up – down – stop) and protected against overload by its integrated thermal plate. The mechanism itself allows for ramp speed adjustment, while preventing sudden lowering of the ramp in the event of truck movement.
• In case of power failure, an oil isolation valve is included for manual closing of the ramp.
• Possibility to reduce the width of the lip to accommodate smaller trucks, thanks to the lip end anchoring system.
• Lifting capacity of 6,000 kg for moving loads and 9,000 kg for stationary loads, provided that the loading platform is properly aligned with the truck bed.
• Double by-pass valve for enhanced operational safety.
• Surface thickness – perimeter ±6 mm, made of chequer plate with high-strength anti-corrosion protection.
• The ramp is supplied with a concrete foundation construction guide, square cross-frame, which is reusable in multi-pit installations.

The electrical control panel (IP 55) is equipped with:

• – silk-screen printed graphics on the front panel showing the operating cycle
• – eight-meter electrical cables for connecting the power unit
