High-speed door

Industrial high-speed door suitable for industrial facilities and warehouses where pedestrian, pallet truck, and other vehicle traffic is frequent, and we want the door to remain open for a short time. This prevents heat or cooling loss and provides protection against insects, dust, odors, etc.

High-speed doors are manufactured in two main types:

1. Type A consists of laminated fabric that moves in vertical galvanized channels and rolls up into a roll.
2. Type B gathers the vertically moving fabric at the top of the door using special vertical reinforced lifting belts that terminate on the door shaft.

In both door types, the moving fabric features pockets with horizontal galvanized metal bars, which act as intermediate rigid connections for greater resistance to wind pressure (45 kg/m²) and weather conditions.

In the event of main belt failure, safety belts are provided to hold the door. An airtight seal is achieved with special rubber seals on the sides and at the bottom of the door. A choice of various colours is available, and transparent windows can also be installed.

The motor is three-phase with an electromechanical brake, and a brake release mechanism is provided for manual operation in case of power failure. The opening speed is 1 m/sec, and the automation can be operated via push button, remote control, radar, photocells, or a floor magnetic loop. An operation indicator beacon and safety photocells are also included.
