The components and spare parts for fireproof doors are:

• Single-leaf panic bar

Installed on single-leaf fireproof doors and on the active leaf of double-leaf doors.

Wall-mounted electromagnetInstalled on the semi-fixed leaf of double-leaf fireproof doors, together with a flush bolt.

• Wall-mounted electromagnet

Installed on the door leaf and the wall to keep the fireproof door open.

• Intumescent seal

Installed around the perimeter of the frame.

• Leaf priority mechanism

Installed on double-leaf fireproof doors to give priority to the closing of the semi-fixed leaf.

• Gap cover – Angle

Unequal angle 2.5 cm x 5 cm x 1.5 mm, electrostatically painted, for covering gaps between the door and the wall.

• Floor gap cover:

For cases where the bottom frame is not installed, we have designed a special piece called a “floor gap cover” which is fitted to the door leaf and fills the gap created when the bottom frame is removed. This piece has an intumescent strip glued or riveted onto it to seal the floor gap in the event of a fire.

• Panic lock

Fire-rated lock installed on the main leaf when a panic bar is fitted.
