KATEE offers a wide range of central motor mechanisms for roller shutters, allowing you to select the most suitable one for each application and meet all requirements.

CENTRAL MOTORS

Central roller shutter motors of French technology from SIMU, designed for roller shutters with a spring shaft diameter of Φ60 and up to 200 kg. Available in two models.

Central roller shutter motors of Italian technology from NORTON, designed for roller shutters with spring shaft diameters of Φ60 and Φ76 and up to 360 kg. Available in three models.

All motors are extremely reliable. The excellent quality of their construction materials guarantees optimal motor performance. They feature integrated, easily adjustable limit switches that ensure travel programming for the roller shutter. They offer manual override capability in emergency situations using a release cord. Automatic locking of the roller shutter is achieved via an electromagnetic brake mounted on the rear of the motor, ensuring complete security in locking the roller shutter, even during a power failure.

They can be easily installed on existing roller shutters without any modification, thanks to their two-piece design that reconnects onto the roller shaft.

They can be operated either remotely using a rolling code transmitter for high security, or via the appropriate push button for each application, or a combination of both. Operation via a mobile application using a Smart WiFi device is available as an option.
