Security Roller Shutters – Industrial
The Security Roller Shutters of KATEE constitute a reliable solution for residential,
commercial and industrial use. They are manufactured in accordance with the
strictest durability and safety specifications, always selecting excellent raw materials
and applying the ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system. There is a wide range of
profiles, either open-mesh made of solid steel Ø8 mm, or straight closed steel sheet
profiles, or with various perforations that allow natural light and ventilation of the
space (honeycomb and square perforations), made of galvanized steel sheet,
perfectly finished and electrostatically painted in a wide variety of colors, following
special processing of the steel sheet (degreasing, phosphating). Special viewing
windows of dimensions 12 cm x 6 cm can also be installed, in order to allow visual
contact with the interior of the space. At the lower part of the shutter, a special
bottom profile (bottom slat) of 1.5 mm thickness is installed for additional
reinforcement, into which a special PVC profile with double lips (bubble) can be
added, providing greater sealing. They are mounted on a reinforced galvanized shaft
Ø60, Ø76 with drums or an industrial tubo shaft with side drive, rotating on bearings.
The thermal and acoustic insulated roller shutters of KATEE consist of pre-painted
aluminium alloy sheets 3003-H44 with a thickness of 0.6 mm on each side, with
special polyester-polyamide coating, or of pre-painted steel sheet with a thickness of
0.6 mm on each side. They are produced by an automatic production line for
polyurethane injection and polymerization. Thus, they offer thermal insulation,
sound insulation, silent operation, wind resistance, resistance to large openings and
to frequent use. The security roller shutters of KATEE operate either manually or
automatically, with European-origin mechanisms, of robust construction and high
technology. The excellent quality of the construction materials guarantees the
optimal operation of the motors and their reliability. They operate either remotely by
remote control of the highest encryption resolution with coding of hundreds of
thousands of combinations and rolling code algorithm at a frequency of 433.92 MHz,
offering high security, or by the use of the appropriate push button or key switch
depending on the case, or by a combination of both. In addition, with new
technologies and with safety, a Wi-Fi command system operates with confirmation of
open or closed door
