- If you have access to the interior of the garage through a different entrance, the procedure is simple: Using the manual release cable included with all KATEE motors, we disengage the motor’s electric brake, unlock the roller shutter and can easily move it up and down.
- If there is no access to the garage through another entrance, you will need to use the manual release box located outside. By unlocking it with the key, you will see a lever connected to the motor’s cable. By lifting it, we unlock it and we manually operate the roller shutter
