Every KATEE garage door is manufactured from galvanized steel sheet 0.5 mm thick, with electrostatic painting in RAL shades, as well as wood-effect finishes. The double wall of each panel is filled with expanded polyurethane, ensuring a high degree of thermal and acoustic insulation. The total panel thickness reaches 42 mm, while perimeter seals ensure complete airtightness.
Safety in every movement
The panel design prevents finger trapping during operation. Polyamide rollers ensure quiet movement and longer service life, while the reinforced articulated connection between panels offers stability even in large openings.
Aesthetics tailored to your space
Available panel types: flat, ribbed with parallel lines, or paneled. There is also the option of integrating windows for natural lighting, as well as a pedestrian door for frequent pedestrian access, without the need to open the entire door.
Automation and control
Every garage door type is paired with a suitable operator. For residential applications, a central overhead mechanism is used, featuring soft start and stop, electric brake, automatic reverse upon obstruction, and manual release capability in the event of a power failure.
For industrial applications, where openings and load requirements are greater, a high-torque side-mount mechanism is used, three-phase or single-phase depending on the installation, with IP54 protection for resistance to harsh environmental conditions. Both types support rolling code remote control, connection to safety photocells, and control via smartphone.
