1. Pickup from Factory in Sindos: Free.
2. Shipping with ELTA Courier:
Up to 2 kg: €3.50 (incl. VAT)
Each additional kilo: €1 (incl. VAT)
Cash on delivery: €3 (incl. VAT)

PAYMENT METHODS
Bank deposit (include Name and Order Number in the payment reference).
Cash on delivery (additional charge €3 incl. VAT).
Card payment through the eshop.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days, and 4-5 for remote areas.

PRODUCT RETURNS:
You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the company’s part. In case of a refund, the amount will be returned within 10 business days.

If you wish to exchange a product instead of a refund, the return of the product you wish to exchange must take place first. Once we receive and inspect it, we will send the new product. Before any return, please contact us so that you can be given the necessary instructions.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Order cancellation can be made while the order is being processed and only before its shipment has begun. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the product return procedure applies, in accordance with the terms described in the relevant policy.
Orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
