1. Preparation of the Opening

Proper preparation of the opening is fundamental to a flawless installation. Before installation begins, make sure that:

• The product you have received is correct in terms of dimensions, opening direction and appearance, before removing the existing structure.
• The structure has been inspected for any damage or imperfections that could affect its stability.
• The structure of the opening has been reinforced, in order to ensure the maximum strength of the door.

2. Installation and Securing of the Frame

The frame must be installed accurately, following these basic steps:

• Align the frame with absolute precision, using a spirit level, first on the hinge side and then on the top section.
• Secure the jamb firmly with durable supports and, to prevent deformation, make sure that you use a wedge of suitable thickness and tighten the hinge side carefully so that it is secured against the wedge without twisting.

• Fill the gaps around the frame with suitable filling materials, in order to prevent thermal bridges and improve insulation.
